SAGE is incredibly interactive and robust when it comes to Supplier Management. The system does not
come pre-populated with paid suppliers, and therefore enables users to completely customize the
system with their own supplier information including the ability to customize specific fields.
In addition to managing basic Supplier contact information (e.g., names, addresses, emails, etc.), you can
track Suppliers based on those whom a particular customer or program has used before. You can also view your organization's expenditure history with a specific Supplier, determine if anyone else within the organization has used this supplier, and much more.
SAGE even provides the opportunity to track suppliers by name and brand so that the planner or
company can identify the spending history of hotels used by a specific client or division and itemize
what has been spent over time with a particular hotel group. SAGE even delimits certain items so that
you can track food and beverage costs for certain events or brands, and also list ballroom, meeting
space, and other supplier specific information, or determine if someone within the organization has
already had a site inspection of a specific venue.
SAGE also enables the user to define specific rating schemes (either by AAA and other industry ratings
or set their own individual rating) which can then be assigned to suppliers and reviewed.
