SAGE enables the meeting planner to easily manage the cumbersome RFP process when planning and
managing an event, while at the same time, the central storage of information allows your company to
enforce a corporate standard in meeting planning and RFP generation as it relates to specific corporate
contract requirements. The site selection process can often be extremely time consuming, frustrating,
and painstakingly redundant. SAGE is designed to expedite this process through automation while
keeping the critical personal relationship side of the process - a clean blend of human interaction with
advanced web technology.
Using the RFP Wizard, an RFP form can be created for the company, a department, or a specific event
and can then be emailed to a supplier or printed out and mailed or faxed. The RFP form can also be
customized according to specific Suppliers asked to bid. Suppliers can respond to the RFP electronically, automatically entering their proposal details into SAGE. Users are able to select specific proposal details to compare across Suppliers.
