With SAGE you own your data. It is completely private and no one else has access to it. Unlike most
other web-based meeting management systems, SAGE users have the choice of hosting it internally on their
organization's server or using an application service provider of their own choosing.
Additionally, SAGE does not come pre-populated with paid supplier contact info which, in many cases,
does not guarantee quality or reputation of suppliers. We realize the use of suppliers is a very personal
choice and therefore we provide SAGE in an unpopulated state - or we can assist you in pre-populating
the data fields with your own data as it relates to internal clients, suppliers, contact information, etc.
This conscious decision was made to keep your supplier experiences and evaluations based upon your
organization's experiences with a particular supplier. All site inspection reports, supplier performance
evaluations, and financial evaluations are tied directly to that supplier. This will allow future planners
accurate history on your organization's experience with that supplier.
Finally, SAGE offers a variety of customizable fields so that you can enter and track data which is
specific to your type of program or company.
