SAGE provides a wonderful opportunity to easily manage the customers within your organization
whether they reside down the hall or around the globe. As you begin to use SAGE, you will see that
users can retain data and access reports on the history of each customer's meetings, cost expenditures,
preferences, and much more. This is critical when a new planner is assigned a meeting for a customer
they have never worked with before. That planner - whether they be a temporary substitute or
permanent replacement - will understand new internal client needs, preferences, history, etc.
The Customer Management feature also provides a wealth of information to senior management and
financial departments with regard to the ability to print reports as they relate to individual customer
expenditures and corporate expenditures as a whole.
SAGE's customizable fields also enable users to customize and track data for specific customer functions
and events in a format which is most useful to them.
