Ari Shapiro is founder and president of RFP, a company that serves clients throughout North
America by assisting them in sourcing hotels and other meeting-related suppliers. Over the
years RFP has worked with a wide variety of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to
Associations. He has helped meeting planners source hotels and suppliers for everything from
a Presidents Club of Fortune 70 companies to a small non-profit association. RFP is a soughtafter
resource because of its non-biased recommendations and extensive network of supplier
relationships. The company specializes in the insurance, financial market, and telecommunications
industries.
With offices in Maui, California, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania, the robust capabilities of
SAGE grew out of RFPs own need for an application that would function beyond the desktop
and enable Ari and his employees to manage clients virtually - everywhere from Maui to the
East Coast.
